Flood has finished his debut record Beautiful Knowledge for Pigeon records . It has an organic sound marked by piano, bass, electric guitar, and percussion. Performers on the record include Drunk Stuntmen's Scott Hall and Alex Johnson, as well as Terry Flood, Spouse's José Ayerve (with additional harmonies by Steve Sanderson and Doug Cowan and guest percussion by Brian Marchese of the Aloha Steamtrain). Mike Flood is everywhere. His association with indie-rock veterans Sebadoh has flooded his name all over the rock & roll Web. One of Northampton's legendary indie-rock scene's most influential performers, Flood is a prolific and politically charged songwriter with a talent for capturing everyone's attention and holding it hostage. Mike has also produced bands from all over including Ireland's Mineymoh. He has recorded with J.Loewenstein's Sparkalepsy and Steve Westfield's Slow-Band.
