Consumer Orders

SHOPPING BASKET

Throughout your visit to DuckMusic.com you’ll have the opportunity to add CD’s to your shopping basket. Any CD’s that are added will be saved as you continue to shop at DuckMusic.com. Shopping basket contents will not be saved if you leave DuckMusic.com to return at a later time. To delete items from your basket , click the delete checkbox next to that item and click the "update cart" button. Item quantity can be changed by typing in the quantity box for that item and clicking the update cart button.

Whenever you add something to your basket you will be taken to your shopping cart so you can view its contents and adjust quantities. You can continue to shop and add items to your cart by returning to the home page, choosing a category from the left navigation, or using your browser’s "back" button.

CHECK OUT

When you choose to check out you will be prompted to enter your billing information and your shipping information separately. All required fields are indicated and must be completed. Any incomplete forms will be returned with errors and must be completed properly before your order can be processed.

Once your information is submitted, you will be brought to the Order Confirm screen. You should make sure all of the information is correct before finalizing your order. We recommend printing the this confirm screen and/or saving the information contained therein in the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order. When you click "Confirm Order", you will be taken to a "Thank You" screen with your order number displayed. We recommend that you copy this order number down, although you will receive an email with full details of your order, including the order number, very shortly.

RETURNS

DuckMusic.com will only accept unopened and/or defective merchandise for return. We will refund the cost of the item(s) or replace the item(s) when returned within thirty (30) days of the day the order was entered into our system. Returned item(s) must be accompanied by the original receipt and an explanation of the reason for the return, including your preference of a refund or exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Any shipping charges resulting from the item being returned to DuckMusic.com are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Chart

All domestic (U.S.) orders will be shipped via Priority Mail, which is usually a 2-3 day service. Orders for Canada and Mexico will be shipped by the regular service provided by the United States Postal Service to those areas. Global Priority Mail will be an option for customers living in countries that qualify for this service – which is usually a 5-7 day service. Orders for all other countries will be sent via regular international mail service. Please see the chart below for shipping prices.

DuckMusic.com Member Orders

ARTIST WEB SITES AND SPECIAL FEATURES

Members have the ability to purchase multiple artist web sites with special features. Some special features such as additional CDs and Real Audio tracks, must also be purchased. Upon logging in, the DuckMusic.com member will see a summary of his/her account status. If you have any "Works in Progress" (items for which payment has not been specified yet), you will be given a link to click to finish your Works in Progress.

ACCOUNT STATUS SCREEN

If you wish to check the status of your member account, at any time you can click Account Status from the left navigation and go to the Account Status screen. Here you'll be shown any credits you have, any Works in Progress, and any orders for which you've paid by check where DuckMusic.com hasn't receive that check yet. In the Works in Progress section, you're given the option to pay by credit card, check or to cancel the order. Selecting a payment method will take you through the normal DuckMusic.com billing process.

Whenever your account has Works in Progress, an icon that says "Click Here for Payment" will appear in the upper right hand corner of the screen. You can click this icon to finish your Works in Progress by specifying payment.

CREDIT CARD

DuckMusic.com accepts Visa and Mastercard. Billing address and credit card information should be entered in the Billing Info screen. Any errors will be returned immediately and must be corrected before the order can be processed.

CHECK

DuckMusic.com also accepts bank checks or money orders to pay for artist web sites, additional CDs and additional real audio tracks. If you choose to pay by check you will be brought to a screen with the address your payment should be sent to. New artist web sites, CDs and Real Audio tracks won't go live on DuckMusic.com until your payment is received and processed.
