ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is offered only to legal residents of the United States (excluding Puerto Rico) (the "Eligibility Area), 18 years of age or older at time of entry who have an Internet account in good standing. Employees and their immediate families, including household members, of participating sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter sweepstakes. Entries that do not completely comply with these Official Rules are ineligible and void. By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors and DuckMusic.com ("Administrator"), which are final and binding in all respects.

ELIGIBILITY: No purchase necessary. This promotion begins 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on May 1st, 2001 ("Start Date") and ends 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time on September 30, 2001 ("End Date") (the "Entry Period"). You can only enter this sweepstakes by completing a contest entry form in the Onstage trivia Game, and clicking "Submit," at any time during the Entry Period. Enter to win as many times as you like. Entries must be made within the Eligibility Area and received within the Entry Period.

CONDITIONS OF ENTRY. You must be the Authorized Holder of the E-mail Account through which the entry is made. Entries must be made by a person from a single computer and may not be made by any program or software. All entries become the property of Duckmusic.com. By entering this sweepstakes, you consent to Sponsor's use of your name for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Duckmusic.com and other sponsors are not responsible for inaccurate entry information, any technical malfunctions, human error, or any lost or misdirected entries.

PRIZES: Grand Prize: The Grand Prize is a deluxe enhanced CD developed by duckmusic.com (1 Prize ARV $10,000). CDs will be given away weekly by duckmusic.com (126 Prizes ARV $1,260). Ritter Bags will be given away monthly(5 Prizes ARV $600). Songster Software v 2.0 will be given out monthly(5 prizes ARP $600). (2 GigAmerica.com Memberships will be given away monthly(10 prizes ARV $1000). Indiebiz.com Memberships will be given away monthly(5 prizes ARV 500). Audio-Technica Bark Microphones will be given away monthly (5 Prizes ARV $500). Onstage Magazine Subscriptions will be given away weekly(20 Prizes ARV $240). No substitution or transfer of prizes is permitted, except by duckmusic.com and other sponsors in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded.

ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a prize depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected weekly starting May 7th, 2001 by a random drawing from all eligible entries during the Entry Period. All drawings shall be conducted by Duckmusic.com whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the sweepstakes.

PRIZE NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be notified via e-mail. If a prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or the winner doesn't respond within 5 days of notification, the winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected, at Duckmusic.com's sole discretion.

GENERAL: This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws. Void where prohibited. Duckmusic.com and our sponsors shall not be liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from participating in this sweepstakes or from the acceptance or use of any prize awarded. DuckMusic.com reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. U.S. law of the State of Massachusetts governs this sweepstakes. If, in DuckMusic.com's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering of any kind with any portion of this sweepstakes, any violation of these Official Rules, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, DuckMusic.com reserves the right to terminate the sweepstakes and conduct a random drawing to award the prizes or none of them, using all entries received as of the End Date. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by DuckMusic.com or their agents.

WAIVER: By entering this sweepstakes, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys' fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.
